Registration
- Register as a candidate with Care Force
- Our recruiter schedules an initial intake
- Followed by a second intake with our account manager

Job application
- With the account manager, you search for a suitable job vacancy
- You choose Care Force to act as your intermediary
- The account manager creates a profile for you
- The account manager presents you to our clients

Documentation
- Our relocation consultant schedules a registration meeting
- You send all necessary documents to our relocation consultant
- Our relocation consultant arranges your registration with BIG or RIZIV

Contract
- You have an online introduction to the client (first round)
- The terms of employment are discussed
- This is followed by a trial day on location (second round)
- Everything satisfactory? You sign the contract
- Satisfied with our service? Refer new candidates through our referral program

Relocation
- During the language training, you will stay with a host family, in a vacation home, or a shared apartment.
- Our relocation consultant will assist you in arranging all practical matters such as insurance, bank account, school, and childcare

Language
- You start learning Dutch (online for 8 weeks)
- You obtain your A1 certificate
- You come to the Netherlands for the intensive language course (4 months)

7
Living
- After completing the language training, we will search for an apartment or house near your new employer
- We assist you with registration with the municipality

Working
- At the end of the language training, you will take an exam
- You will obtain the language certificate (with possible extra lessons or a retake)
- Your BIG or RIZIV registration will be completed
- Congratulations! You can start working in the Netherlands or Belgium
